Return & Exchange Policy

At Tool Next, we take pride in offering only high-quality and tested products.

We currently do not offer returns; however, we provide an exchange facility only in cases of manufacturing or technical defects. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with relevant details and proof of the issue.

Our team will verify the concern, and upon confirmation, an exchange or replacement will be arranged as per our policy. Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for exchange.
